It is the beginning of the new year and I am participating in the Bout of Books readathon. The readathon will be held between January 2nd and January 9th. This week I will be travelling by train very much so that is the perfect time to read.
I made the choice to participate only yesterday, so I don’t know what this week will bring, but at least I am very enthusiastic to start reading.
Updates will be posted here, so come back here if you want to follow my readathon adventure. Have fun reading!

Today is already the second day of Bout of Books 18 and yesterday I already finished my first book, Allies of the Night by Darren Shan. Very much above my expectations. It was not that difficult and it was fun to read traveling to and from my work.
Now I will read Unbelievable written by Sara Shepard. Wish me luck!

The second day has almost come to an end. I have read on the train and in the bus, just like yesterday. It was a bit more difficult, because I am getting very tired from my work (I do an internship, so I am not really used to working from 9 until 5). I don’t want to ready Unbelievable too much, because it is a slow read and I don’t want to slow myself down. Therefore I am going to read the Fall written by Robert Muchamore tomorrow and later in the week I will continue with the book I am currently reading. Now I will read until I go to bed. Good night!

And it is already thursday. I also wanted to write something yesterday evening, but I was sooooo tired. I went to bed early. Yesterday I have read a part of the Fall. It is a book I haven’t read before, unlike the other books of the Cherub series. I like it very much. Also a bit less unpredictable than the books I have already read. Hehe.
I am going to read further in the Fall until I arrived at work. Have a nice day!

Saturday. Only 2 days to go. My reading is going very well. On thursday I finished The Fall written by Robert Muchamore. On the train home I thought I was not going to make it that day, but then I came in a rollercoaster of events in the book and I finished it in the evening when I was already home. Yesterday, friday, I also finished Unbelievable. Unbelievable is the fourth book of the Pretty Little Liars series, which you also might know from the television series, and it was so much fun. I want to ready more of the series, but for now I will first read Under The Jewelled Sky by Allison McQueen. It is something different than what I normally read so I am curious if I will like it. I started reading this book yesterday evening and today I will continue.
Have a nice weekend and have fun reading!

I have to admit. I didn’t read much in the weekend. I wasn’t feeling like it and I was very tired. I couldn’t concentrate on the words. What I did find out was that the book I am reading is very much to my liking. It is about India and a western girl who lives there. I like the setting and the writing style. I will finish this book, not today, but someday.
I count this readathon as a success! I have read 3 books!

I’m pleased you joined us, it sounds like you are making the most of the time you have travelling! Happy reading!

It is nice to read while travelling. However, I find it difficult to do challenges and so. Maybe that’s for readathons in which I have more time for reading and less for work and school.
I hope you are also having fun reading!

I hope you’re still having a good time with bout of books. I’m sorry you’re tired of your work. I know how that is. I don’t particularly like my job, but it pays the bills so I’m glad I have it. Good luck with the rest of your week.

I am having fun! I read so much this week, and I finished so many books. I am already at 8% of my Goodreads Challenge.
Actually I am still in school. I do an internship and this means that I am working almost fulltime for the first time in my life. I am still trying to get used to that, but it means that I almost collapse when I get home.
I hope you are still having fun reading. Good luck for the last two days!
